Reminder:
- Deposit payment has to be paid within 3 days after reservation, but nor later then up to the first day of moving in.
- If relocation to another place where deposit rate is higher, resident must cover the difference.
- If moving out deposit can be used as your last month payment (if there are no damage) or can be transferred to a personal bank account acting only in Lithuania. Deposit return duration in 30 days after submitted application.
