We would like to inform you that by the period December 23rd of 2017 – January 1st 2018 Dormitory group administration will be on vacation. Regarding this reason please note:
Moving out – if you are planning to move out of the dormitory, you must immediately address to your dormitory administrator and visit Dormitory group office in order to cancel accommodation agreement until December 21st. Detailed information how to move out.
Relocation – relocation offer will be sent on December 15th. If you will receive an offer you must proceed with the documentation until December 21st.
Accommodation fee – we would like to remind you that accommodation fee has to be paid until December 25th. If you have money troubles there is a possibility to delay your payment. Payment delay documentation has to be proceeded until December 21st.
Vacation – if you are going home for holidays and planning be absent of the dormitory more than 30 days, you must inform your dormitory administrator and fill specific form.
