Changes in the internal procedure

We are glad to announce that from now on, residents who have decided to terminate contract on student’s accommodation at the dormitory will be able to fill in an application to move out of the dormitory online by log in to the Academic Information System (AIS).

You can fill in an application in AIS, in the section Dormitory Information (click Requests and select the required type of request).

• An application to move out of the dormitory has to be submitted at least 1 (one) working day before the date of moving out at the latest (for example if terminate of the contract on student’s accommodation at the dormitory from 15 June, you will be able to complete the application until 14 June).
• You can cancel your application to move out of the dormitory in AIS, in the section Request list (select My Requests list).
