To Residents attention,

We are glad to announce that for your convenience from now on, residents moving out from the dormitory will be able to fill in the requests for the the refund of the advance payment (deposit) or requests for using the advance payment to cover the unpaid fees for accommodation at the dormitory online by log in to the Academic Information System (AIS).

You can fill in these requests in the Academic Information System (AIS), in the section Dormitory Information (click Requests and select the required type of request):

  • A request for the refund of the advance payment/overpayment can only be submitted after the date of the termination of the contract on accommodation at the dormitory (inclusive) (for example if you terminated the accommodation contract from 15 October, you will be able to complete the application from 16 October).

 Reminder:  an advance payment (deposit) is refunded to the account in the bank operating in Lithuania or another country of the European Union (if the account is provided in IBAN format) within 30 calendar days from the approval of the request for the refund of the advance payment if the student has paid all the fees for the dormitory and has no other obligations to the University.

  • A request for using the advance payment to cover the unpaid fees for accommodation at the dormitory has to be filled in one month before moving out of the dormitory, after you fill an application for moving out at the dormitory administrator.

Reminder: If your advance payment is refunded until the day you move out or the fee for accommodation at the dormitory for the last month is covered by advance payment, the fee of 20 EUR is applied for final cleaning.
