We are glad to announce that for your convenience from now on, residents moving out from the dormitory can simultaneously fill in the requests for the refund of the advance payment (deposit) online by log in to the Academic Information System (AIS).
You can fill in these requests in the Academic Information System (AIS), in the section Dormitory Information (click Requests and select application to move out).
Reminder: an advance payment (deposit) is refunded to the account in the bank operating in Lithuania or another country of the European Union (if the account is provided in IBAN format) within 30 calendar days from the approval of the request for the refund of the advance payment if the student has paid all the fees for the dormitory and has no other obligations to the University.
