We invite you to accommodate one of KTU dormitory!

Our dormitories are not only modern and attractive, they are also great places to work, relax, socialize and meet new friends. In our dormitories you will find a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a real community spirit.

KTU campus is located in a convenient area relatively close to the city center, and thanks to the well developed transport network, all the other areas of the city are within a reach.

In total KTU has 12 dormitories where all undergraduate, Master‘s and PhD students, are accommodated. International students live in dormitories No. 2, No. 3, No. 5, No. 7, No. 8, No. 10.

To students we offer two types of rooms:
• Single (rooms average area of 11-12 m²);
• Double (rooms average area of 15-17 m²);

All the rooms are equipped with all the necessary furniture for life and studies: a bed, a chair, a desk and a wardrobe. For international students bedding is provided. There is a kitchen with a cooker, a hob, fridge freezer and meal preparing area. All the residents of the dormitories have the Internet access. Also, free laundry and drying facilities are available in every dormitory.

Each dormitory has a lounge area equipped with a flat screen TV, which can be used by students. Most dormitories have a separate space where is installed: table tennis, football, air hockey tables. In all the dormitories are sports areas. Also there is learning space in each dormitory, where students can calmly prepare for exams and lectures.

This dormitory is distinguished by its cosiness and tranquillity; it is small, but well-equipped. Residents of this dormitory are Lithuanian and foreign students; it makes each day interesting and full of interesting experiences. The dormitory has a small, but very friendly and close community; its residents are always smiling and even strangers greet each other; it makes everybody feel like members of the small family.

According to the residents of the dormitory 3, it is a great place to start a new period of life. The dormitory is full of friendly students, who will help you with various life issues and will surely become your friends. This dormitory is a place of the activities of Student Leisure Centre (SLC), which constantly hosts various interesting events. That is why living in this dormitory is never boring.

Dormitory 4 has a special atmosphere. Its residents will always remind each other to study instead of making noise, but if you want they will keep you company in having fun as well. It is a dormitory with a very strong and active community of residents; their main objective – to provide each resident with a chance to state their opinion on all relevant issues. Thus, the students create an environment for good and comfortable living together.

5 dormitory

The residents of this dormitory are a combination of various, mostly eastern, cultures. Majority of the residents of dormitory 5 are foreign students, who came to Lithuania for long-term studies. It is an interesting place to live, broaden your horizons, views and defy stereotypes. It is a dormitory for all cosmopolitan students, who want to know and understand different cultures, make friends with representatives of various religions and enrich their worldview.

This dormitory is situated only on two floors of the building; therefore all residing students know each other as if they are best friends. Living in this dormitory is calm and peaceful; students are friendly and always ready to help each other in every situation. Every new student becomes an irreplaceable part of the community of dormitory 7 and feels like home right away.

Residents of the dormitory 11 love spending their time together: they watch sport competitions, organise film evenings, study, ride their bikes and even travel together! It is a dormitory where older students share their learning material and help solving the most complicated tasks if needed. Although this dormitory is really big, everyone knows each other and they live like a family.

Residents of this dormitory are one big family, they cook, drink tea and spend their evenings together. Everybody hears “Hi” a million times a day, because they are surrounded by friends! Dormitory 16 can offer a room even for the pickiest students. Here, attractive space is created by the dormitory`s residents, who always have ideas and various unconventional solutions. Living in the dormitory 16 makes you feel like home. Although you have to share kitchens and bathrooms with your neighbours, it does not cause inconveniences; on the contrary, each day at the dormitory is full of acquaintances and discoveries.
