Updated deposit rates

To Students attention,

We would like to inform you that from 2 July 2025 were updated Accommodation deposit rates:

Range of the monthly price for one place of accommodation at the dormitories	Advance payment (deposit) for one place at the dormitory, EUR
When a monthly payment for the dormitory is 87 EUR	120
When a monthly payment for the dormitory is 88 – 108,99 EUR	140
When a monthly payment for the dormitory is 109 – 130,99 EUR	160
When a monthly payment for the dormitory is 131 – 156,99 EUR	190
When a monthly payment for the dormitory is 157 – 180,99 EUR	210
When a monthly payment for the dormitory is 181 – 204,99 EUR	230
When a monthly payment for the dormitory is 205 – 228,99 EUR	260
When a monthly payment for the dormitory is 229 – 252,99 EUR	280
When a monthly payment for the dormitory is 253 EUR or more	330

Reminder:

Deposit payment has to be paid within 3 days after reservation, but nor later then up to the first day of moving in.
If relocation to another place where deposit rate is higher, resident must cover the difference.
An advance payment (deposit) is refunded to the account in the bank operating in Lithuania or another country of the European Union (if the account is provided in IBAN format) within 30 calendar days from the approval of the request for the refund of the advance payment if the student has paid all the fees for the dormitory and has no other obligations to the University
