Accommodation for academic exchange studies students

We would like to inform you that the University’s students returning from academic exchange studies and wishing to get accommodation at the dormitory will now be able to reserve a place at the dormitory in advance.

The students returning from academic exchange studies for 2020/2021 autumn semester can reserve a place at the dormitory in the Dormitory Reservation System from 1 July to 15 July*.  After the reservation, you need to:

• pay advance payment within 3 working days;
• move into the reserved place until the end of the first week of the autumn semester (until 6 September (inclusive)).

*after this period, during the process of the accommodation of newly arriving students, it will only be possible to register a request in the waiting list for a vacant place at the dormitory.
