Dear residents,
As a tradition, we are announcing a competition for the most decorated rooms in the dormitories!
This year, we invite everyone to decorate their dormitory rooms with the theme – “Dorm sweet dorm”.
Those with the most beautiful room decorations will receive prizes: the residents of the winning rooms who live in the dormitory during the competition will receive a one-time incentive scholarship of 80 euros*.
We will award 3 rooms from each dormitory, except: 2, 7, 8 dormitories, 2 rooms will be chosen in each of them.
Competition rules:
- Take a photo of your decorated room, write a description of the photo and send the photo with the description by email: bendrabuciai@ktusa.lt;
- Photos can be sent until 13th 9 p.m.;
- Do not use any extra apps that add extra attributes to your photo, be honest.
How the votes will be calculated:
- Facebook likes collected on Dormitory group page will amount 40 % of the final result – On December 15th the photos of all dormitories will be triggered by the Facebook account of the KTU dormitory community. The vote will take place before December 20, 23:59.
- KTU administration votes will amount 30% of the final result – pictures of the decorated dormitories rooms will be presented to the university administration staff who will cast their vote for the rooms they like the most.
- Students Association central office 30% of the final result – we will share photos of decorated dormitories rooms with Students Association central office who will cast their vote for the rooms they like the most.
The winners will be announced on December 23th of 2021. We announce the competition started and cannot wait for the results!
* If it is not possible to pay the scholarship, a partial or full next monthly dormitory fee will be covered.
