Annual inventory

Dear residents,

We would like to inform you that from 25^th November of 2025 till 12^th December of 2025 will be performed annual inventory of the dormitories. The inventory will be performed according to the schedule specified below.

We would like to remind you that during the inventory you will have to ensure access to your room. In the absence of a room, the dormitory staff will enter the room themselves in accordance with Internal Dormitory rules.

In accordance with the Inventory Rules approved by Resolution No. 630 of 15 June 2022 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania “On the Approval of the Inventory Rules”, during the inventory, large items (such as household appliances or furniture not included in the accounting records) will be required to be included.

For the above mentioned reason, until 25^th November of 2025, all dormitory residents who use a personal inventory (large household appliances (refrigerator, microwave oven, etc.) and personal furniture (bed, table, chair, cabinet, etc.)) must fill application and register all their property which fits mentioned categories.  You can find the application form in the KTU Academic Information System. Select the Dormitory information section, click Requests, and then choose Application to use personal inventory.
