We would like to inform you that from 16th November of 2021 till 3th December of 2021 will be performed annual inventory of the dormitories. The inventory will be performed according to the schedule specified below.
We would like to remind you that during the inventory you will have to ensure access to your room. In the absence of a room, the dormitory staff will enter the room themselves in accordance with Internal Dormitory rules.
In accordance with the 1999 June 3rd Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 719, paragraph 23 (“If the inventory commission find inventories not included in the bookkeeping account during the inventory they should enter the missing data of the property“) during the inventory, the large objects (household appliances or furniture not included in the bookkeeping)) will be required to be included.
For the above mentioned reason, until 15th November of 2021, all dormitory residents who use a personal inventory (large household appliances (refrigerator, microwave oven, etc.) and personal furniture (bed, table, chair, cabinet, etc.)) must fill application and register all their property which fits mentioned categories.
